WHEN YOUR WORLD UNMAKES YOU
Death. Divorce. Diagnosis. Profound loss.
You're not falling apart.
You're crossing a threshold.
And you don't have to do it alone.

✓ Your old life/identity no longer fits (but you don't know who you're becoming)
✓ Someone you love died (and grief is unmaking you)
✓ Your marriage ended (and you don't know who you are without "we")
✓ Diagnosis changed everything (and your body/future feel foreign)
✓ You're in spiritual awakening or existential crisis (and nothing makes sense anymore)
✓ Profound disillusionment shattered your worldview (and you can't go back to believing what you believed)
✓ You're experiencing what others call "breakdown" (but you sense it's actually breakthrough)
✓ Therapy helps but doesn't touch the depth of what you're crossing
✓ You need witness, not fixing. Depth, not advice. Ritual, not rationalisation.
✓ You want to cross this consciously (with awareness, integration, meaning-making)

Many clients work with both:
If you need therapy, I'll refer you to excellent therapists.
If you need threshold support, I'm here.

I've crossed thresholds that should have destroyed me.
Death: My own near-death experience has unmade me
Divorce: Parents divorced. Two marriages ended. Three major identity deaths
Diagnosis: Chronic illness changed my body and future
Narcissistic abuse: Years of high-conflict litigation and psychological warfare
Spiritual awakening: My old worldview shattered, new one slowly emerged
Identity dissolution: Who I thought I was dissolved multiple times
I didn't cross these consciously the first few times. I survived. I numbed. I performed "I'm fine." I spiritual-bypassed.
Then I learned what conscious crossing actually is.
I found practitioners who held depth (not platitudes). I did shadow work (not just "healing"). I went into the void (not around it). I let myself be unmade and remade.
And I emerged transformed-not despite the thresholds, but because of them.
Now I hold others through theirs.
Not from theory. From lived experience.
I know what it's like to think you're losing your mind (you're not-you're crossing a threshold).
I know what the books don't tell you about grief, rage, and the void.
I know how to hold someone while they're being unmade.
That's my medicine.

A: I'm not a therapist. I don't diagnose or treat mental illness. I witness threshold crossing using depth psychology, shadow work, somatic practices, and ritual. Many clients work with both therapist (for clinical support) and me (for threshold work). They complement each other and I actively encourage this approach.
A: Beautiful. Many clients work with both. I can coordinate with your therapist (with your permission) to ensure coherent support. Therapy provides clinical foundation; threshold work provides depth transformation support.
A: No. Many people start with Intensive Sessions (try working together, address acute issue) then transition to Year of Becoming™. You can also do Intensive Sessions after completing Year of Becoming™ (ongoing support as needed).
A: I have 2-3 sliding scale spots per quarter. Note financial constraint in your application and explain why this work specifically and what demonstrates your commitment. Not all requests can be accommodated, but I prioritise those with genuine need and deep dedication.
A: Yes. All services available virtually via Zoom. I work with clients worldwide.
A: This work is not crisis intervention. If you're in acute danger, please contact emergency services or crisis hotline immediately. Once stabilised (with therapist/psychiatrist), we can explore threshold work.
A: Yes. Minimum 50 pages (ideal 100-500+). Can be journals, blog posts, emails to self, notes, social media posts-any format. If you don't have writings but want the Book of Becoming™, consider Year of Becoming™ (includes extensive journaling + Book creation at end).
