1. Introduction

Welcome to The Raven's Quill. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at theravensquill.co.za and the transformation coaching services provided by Zukie ("we", "us", "our", or "The Raven's Quill").

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

The Raven's Quill provides transformation coaching services including:

• Body Pillar: The Biology-First Blueprint Protocol - health and wellness coaching
• Mind Pillar: The Manifestation Blueprint Protocol - mindset transformation coaching
• Soul Pillar: The Threshold Blueprint Protocol - spiritual and personal development coaching
• Tarot Readings: Intuitive guidance sessions
• Digital Products: E-books, journals, and guides

Our coaching services are designed to support personal growth and transformation. Results may vary based on individual commitment and circumstances.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Payment Methods

I accept payments through PayFast, a secure South African payment gateway. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Plans

For programme enrolments, I offer the following payment options:

• Full Payment: Single upfront payment with potential discount
• Monthly Instalments: Split payments over the programme duration

3.3 Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and access details. Please retain this for your records.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Coaching Programmes

• Before Programme Start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee if cancelled 7+ days before start date
• Within 7 Days of Start: 50% refund available
• After Programme Commencement: No refunds available, but programme credits may be discussed on a case-by-case basis

4.2 Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access.

4.3 Tarot Sessions

• Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund or reschedule
• Cancellation within 48 hours: Reschedule only, no refund
• No-show: No refund or reschedule

4.4 Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. Please ensure you review product descriptions before purchasing.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Actively participate in the coaching process
• Respect the confidentiality of group sessions and other participants
• Communicate openly and honestly with your coach
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

6. Disclaimer and Limitations

6.1 Not Medical Advice

The Raven's Quill provides coaching services, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding medical conditions.

6.2 Health Disclaimer (Body Pillar)

Information provided in the Body Pillar programme regarding health, nutrition, and wellness is for educational purposes only. Any protocols discussed should be implemented under the guidance of appropriate healthcare professionals. Individual results will vary.

6.3 Results Disclaimer

While I am committed to supporting your transformation journey, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on various factors including your dedication, circumstances, and consistent application of the principles taught.

6.4 Tarot Disclaimer

Tarot readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. They should not be used as the sole basis for making important life decisions. The Raven's Quill is not responsible for any actions taken based on tarot reading interpretations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of The Raven's Quill and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

Programme materials, worksheets, and resources provided during coaching are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions. I will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

In group sessions, all participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of discussions and personal information shared by other group members.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

I collect information including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details to provide our services. This information is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Raven's Quill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
